Delivery & Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving all your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or un-altered, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Processing Returns

Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our warehouse address, and belongs to our shipping agent. Once we accept your return request, we will inform you of the return address by email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Any items that have been worn, washed or altered are not eligible for returns.

Defective, damaged and wrong items

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a wrong, defective garment or damaged garment with transportation problems. Please contact us at services@prettygarden.com with your order number and photos of the fault. We will provide you with a solution.
